much time it takes for delivery?
Deliveries are normally made next day of your order.
However you can choose your prefer delivery date. We
will deliver on your prefer date. We have our own delivery
network for delivery. If you have mentioned a specific
delivery date which is less than the normal delivery
time, we will try our best to deliver the same but cannot
guarantee the delivery.

there any specific days of delivery?
We deliver as per your instructions. 7 days a week 365
days a year. Just specify the date and we shall do the

in case of Sweets, flower arrangements etc. In case
of non-perishable items we deliver the same item as
far as possible. If a particular item is not available
in the market or a specific model is withdrawn by the
manufacturer, an item nearest to the description of
the item ordered will be delivered.

do I know that gift has been delivered?
As soon as your order is delivered, you will receive
a confirmation through e-mail with the details of delivery,
i.e., date, name of the recipient and products delivered.

and check the status of your order by entering Your

I send a card along with the gift?
All gift are delivered with a card and it is FREE. Just
type in your message while placing your order and we
will do the rest.

the recipient send me a return message?
Yes. the recipient can send a return message to you.
We will request all recipients to fill in the return
message for you in the delivery confirmation memo and

I modify my order?
In most cases you can. But it must be done Day before
the Delivery Date. However, in case of perishable items
like cakes, flowers, sweets etc orders once placed can
not be modified.

takes two billing cycles to get the refund affected
