Wrapping materials and minor substitutions will be made without notice

We will phone and e-mail you regarding major substitutions, if you are unavailable we will wait for your instructions until the very last minute, if you have not contacted us in the time frame to deliver your order on the delivery date specified we will act with our best intentions and let you know by e-mail as to what we have altered.

Prices listed within the Gift2Lanka Service are valid for a maximum of 14 days of submitting your purchase form.

Gift2Lanka offer FREE delivery within its delivey locations . If you request delivery to remote areas which are not normally delivered to by Gift2Lanka. However you can request by Email the locatons. we will consider it.

On acceptance by us of your Order Form we will advise you by e-mail confirmation of the intended delivery date. We will process Order Forms received on Sundays or Public Holidays the same working day.

Incorrect personal details may lead to problems or delays in delivery, so before placing your order, please ensure that you have included the full address details, including accurate postcode of the intended recipient and your daytime contact telephone number or e-mail address so that we can notify you in the event that any delivery problems are encountered.

In case of delivery to certain locations where a third party is involved, such as hospitals, Wedding halls, hotels and ships, the signature of any person authorised to accept delivery on behalf of the organisation shall be accepted as proof of delivery to your chosen recipient.

Orders may be amended or cancelled up to 24 hours before the intended delivery date. There will be an administrative charge in case of any refund.

Gift2Lanka guarantees a quality product and service to you our customer. If you are not fully satisfied with the service or product received, Gift2Lanka investigates all complaints thoroughly and refunds or product replacements will be given in the event of all genuine complaints. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

We cannot be held responsible for incorrect information supplied by the customer. Once the delivery has been signed for at the given address it is no longer the responsibility of all products.
